As I mentioned in my previous review I’d get to this little self-hypnosis app.  Now, let me say right off the bat that while I’m a little dubious about the whole process in general, I do think hypnosis is possible, but it really depends on how susceptible the individual is to it.  There are those who simply can’t be hypnotized, and though I’ve never had it tried on me, I’m quite sure that I’m one of those people.  In order for hypnosis to work the individual must on some level believe that it will, or at least be open to the idea that it might.  I am in the former category: I simply do…

One guaranteed aphorism when it comes to software is that the easier an app is to write, the more of them will eventually turn up, especially if one of them becomes popular.  Audio relaxation apps, being essentially nothing more than incredibly simple sound boards, are no exception — in fact, the hardest part is not the code, but finding/creating good samples and looping them seamlessly.
