Another clock.  And it’s cleverly titled “Clock.”  I certainly can’t give them points for originality, but as seems to be their MO, DAVA earns their score on style points alone, and Clock (technically called “X Clock”) is no exception, because it’s probably the prettiest clock on the block.  (I’ll thank you to keep your “clock blocking” jokes to yourself.)

It serves are your standard clock of course, which is its entire point, but it does its best to look good doing it.  The clock face can be any of a full array of colours, selectable through a drop-down slider that appears when you tap on any of the main area of the screen.  Although that means that the clock…

App Name: Amazing Sudoku Lite

Aaaand here is variant #437.  I think by now I could probably construct a chart and put every Sudoku variant in the App Store on it without missing anything important.  Then I could just paste the chart here with the new entry added and the proper features checked off.  But that’s too much work, so let’s get this over with.

I’ll give Amazing Sudoku one thing: It’s stunningly beautiful.  I don’t think I’ve seen a Sudoku game that looks as gorgeous as this.  I want to live in its title screen.  It even features some small but lovely effects during gameplay.  As far as the game goes — well, it’s still Sudoku.  It features…
